During our probationary period during a temporary-to-hire contract is a minimum of 400 hours. During this time, the employee remains on Alliance Talent Search's payroll. Clients are billed an hourly rate. Upon completion of the 400 hours, the employee may transition to your payroll with no additional fees.
We have top talent ready to assist you. Temporary employees remain on our payroll indefinitely. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work of our temporary employee within the first four (4) hours worked, we will replace the employee and you will not be billed for those hours worked.
